Why did you choose the double bass?
I was the biggest in the class - I had no choice!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Cooking, reading, flying and walking

If you weren't a musician, what would you like to be instead?
Retired! Or a pilot as I have my own flying licence.

What are your hobbies and interests?
As well as flying, I enjoy walking (I can highly recommend the Coast to Coast - covers 3 National Parks) and have recently done a Day's Skipper Course on a catamaran.

Iguazu Falls - South America

San Carlos; Balti Cottage; Ikon Café

Modigliani - he painted beautiful pictures with a new eye and perspective.
