Founded in 1993, the Sinfonia of Birmingham has established a reputation as one of the regions leading chamber orchestras. Although the orchestra employs a professional conductor and leader, many playing members are from professions outside the sphere of music. The orchestra is looking forward to its 5th overseas tour in May this year to Germany.
