| Let us move you in more ways than one! Sit back, relax and travel in comfort right to the doors of Symphony Hall for world-class music-making from the CBSO. The CBSO provides a coach connection service from various locations in the West Midlands to the doors of Symphony Hall, Birmingham for only £7.50 return. | GROUP BOOKERS |
| Bring a group of 11 or more people and receive a 20% discount,
plus one FREE ticket for every 10 tickets purchased (per performance attended),
discounted programmes, the chance to meet a musician in the interval, a
£5 ticket price for accompanied children aged 16 or under, and a copy
of the CBSO’s quarterly magazine MusicStand for the Group Organiser.

| FAMILY TICKETS from £20 (for Symphony Hall & Town Hall) |
| Adult - £15, Child - £5. To qualify, 1 or 2 adults must be
accompanied by 1 or more children aged 16 or under, up to a maximum group
of 6 people. Family tickets are available in all areas, subject to availability. Please note that Family Tickets are not available to book online. Call the Box Office on 0121 780 3333. |
| STUDENTS & YOUNG PEOPLE: STANDBY TICKETS £5 |
| Anyone in full-time education and young people aged 25 and under (proof
of eligibility required) can purchase remaining tickets on the day of the
performance for £5. Please see ‘Standby Tickets’ below
for more details, including the times at which these are available. Teachers can bring groups of students to CBSO concerts for just £5 per ticket under our Stay Tuned scheme. | DISABLED PATRONS |
| Disabled Patrons receive a 50% discount off full-price seats. If you require a companion, their ticket is also half-price. Proof of eligibility may be required. Disabled Patrons can combine this 50% discount with Concert Package discounts. For further information about access, click here. |
| STANDBY TICKETS |
| Standby tickets are available from from 1pm on the day of each evening
performance and 10am for matinée concerts (Symphony Hall & Town
Hall concerts), and from CBSO Centre one hour before CBSO Centre performances.
Please come early to avoid queues. All standby tickets are issued subject
to availability and on production of valid and suitable identification (one
standby ticket per valid identification used). Please note the CBSO reserves
the right to allocate standby tickets in certain areas of the hall: • Patrons aged 60+ (Symphony Hall & Town Hall only) receive 10% discount; • Patrons who are benefit recipients can purchase tickets for £5 at all three venues (qualifying benefits: Income Support, Pension Credit, Job Seekers Allowance and Disability Tax Credit); • Holders of ‘Passport to Leisure’ cards can purchase Circle tickets for £24, and seats on all other levels for £16 at Symphony Hall and Town Hall (one ticket per Passport holder), and receive £1 off a full-price ticket at CBSO Centre. |
| GIFT VOUCHERS |
