Downloadable concert calendar

We’ve put all next season’s CBSO concerts into a calendar file to help make sure you don’t miss anything, and save you time entering concerts by hand.  You can upload this to Outlook and Google calendars, and from there sync it with any smartphone devices you use.

Google Calendar

Instructions

  1. In your Google Calendar, click on Add under "Other calendars", and select Add by URL.
  2. Copy and paste into the URL box.
  3. Click Add Calendar.
  4. The 2012-13 season will be added to your calendar and will sync automatically if ics file is updated.

Alternative Instructions

  1. Save the file somewhere easy to remember on your computer (you can delete this later).
  2. In your google calendar, click on Settings (on the left, underneath the heading My Calendars).
  3. Select Import calendar. Navigate to the location of the calendar file, select it and click Import.
  4. The 2012-13 season will be uploaded to your calendar.

Outlook

Instructions

  1. Open the zip file, and save its contents somewhere easy to remember on your computer (you can delete this later).
  2. In Outlook, select File, and then Import and Export.
  3. Select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file. Navigate to the location of the calendar file, select it and click ok.
  4. The 2012-13 season will be imported into Outlook.
