Concerts Administrator
Part
of the Orchestra's busy planning department, scheduling over 100 concerts each
year, working closely with the Planning & Tours and Special Projects Managers
Responsible
for arranging the logistics for visiting soloists and conductors, producing
artist contracts and issuing UK work permits
One
of the key contacts for agents, artists, venues and technical teams while also
maintaining relationships with local hotels and travel providers
Producing
the Orchestra's work schedule in conjunction with the planning department and
orchestra Liaison Committee
